Advent simply means “coming” or “arrival”, and it’s the time we remember that God came to us, humble as an infant. We also remember he is coming back again.

There are many ways to celebrate Advent. Here are a few ideas:

  • Join us on November 30, December 7, 14, 21, 24 for Advent readings and teachings.
  • Make an Advent wreath, light candles and read scripture daily to prepare. This is a great tradition to begin with your family.
  • Choose to do something generous every day or week leading up to Christmas.
  • Google "advent ideas" and see what others are doing around the world!
